The Program has been under implementation in 16 key cities of the Company's footprint since February 1, 2016, currently spanning 6 focus areas in the social sphere, such as urban development, education and research, sports and healthy living, environmental protection, culture and volunteering.

Culture
The level of culture in any given city is an indicator of its standards of living. To be able to create a comfortable, friendly and safe urban environment, it is vital to provide its residents with opportunities for culture-themed entertainment and development, as in being able to go to a theatrical performance, visit an exhibition, even take a stroll in a beautifully landscaped park .

The Program’s goal is to stimulate local initiative and create vibrant urban communities.

The company conducts grant competitions and runs education-themed and training events designed to benefit non-profit organizations and public welfare institutions in the cities of the Company's footprint.

Special Interregional Projects

These projects aim to expose the residents of the Company’s presence regions to the best practices in various areas of public life, as well as to stimulate the development of viable local products.

For this, the Company has been partnering with leading federal-level organizations and institutions.

Corporate Volunteering Support Program

The program empowers employees to become genuine participants in effecting the positive transformation their cities go through.

The Program operates as a framework platform for running corporate volunteer campaigns, project competitions, marathons of good deeds, etc.
