The company conducts grant competitions and runs education-themed and training events designed to benefit non-profit organizations and public welfare institutions in the cities of the Company's footprint.
Special Interregional Projects
These projects aim to expose the residents of the Company’s presence regions to the best practices in various areas of public life, as well as to stimulate the development of viable local products.

The program empowers employees to become genuine participants in effecting the positive transformation their cities go through.
