How the Company Supports Young Grandmasters from the Regions
The "SIBUR Chess School" is a joint project by the company and the Russian Chess School, aimed at the systematic development of the children's chess movement in SIBUR's operating regions. We create access to professional training with the country's best coaches for young chess players, regardless of their place of residence, helping them perfect their skills and opening a path to elite sports.

The project is implemented through a multi-stage system combining online learning, in-person master classes, and tournament practice.
Online master classes for children;
In-person lectures by international grandmasters;
Simultaneous exhibition matches with a grandmaster;
Training for chess coaches to improve their qualifications;
Online tournaments for advanced and beginner junior chess players.
Winners receive valuable prizes: passes to the #SIBURCAMP summer camp, the opportunity to attend Russian Chess School training sessions in Moscow, or additional online courses.
