volunteering project implemented by Kazanorgsintez employees in 2023 thanks to grant funding provided through SIBUR's <i>Formula for Good Deeds</i>. <i>100 Caring Hearts</i> is a marathon of good deeds accomplished by SIBUR's employees and members of their families.</span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">Employees of Kazanorgsintez were able to join the marathon by taking part in eco-volunteering, animal welfare volunteering, or social volunteering activities.</span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">Animal welfare volunteering turned out to be the most popular activity of all. 46 of the company’s volunteers brought food and necessary supplies to the <i>Cat and Dog</i> animal shelter. Three of the volunteers handmade bird feeders and placed them in a natural environment.</span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">Eco-volunteering was second in popularity. 20 employees representing the <i>SIBUR’s Production System Tools</i> project spent a whole day cleaning up the shores of Lake Izumrudnoye, four volunteers took part in the city's tree planting activities, one employee performed a home-street cleanup together with their children, while yet another employee has been organizing separate waste collection campaigns on an ongoing basis while involving their colleagues in these activities.</span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">As for social volunteering, 24 of the company’s volunteers donated their blood at the Republican Blood Center, while another volunteer renovated one of the rooms at Kazan’s Kindergarten No. 192.</span>

<i><span style="color: #575757; background: white;">"When embarking on this project, I primarily wanted to draw the attention of my colleagues and members of their families to the social and environmental problems we are facing, and engage them in providing help to those who need it. In the course of implementing this project, we had collected and delivered more than 100 kg of animal feed, donated about 10 liters of blood, which, as I am sure, has already helped save lives. Doing good is not hard at all, it should become a habit, not a one-off thing. It is only in this way that we are going to be able to make the world around us a much better place. Many thanks to all the colleagues who responded to our call!"</span></i>
