SIBUR joined the National Inclusion Compact

SIBUR, a major integrated oil and gas chemical company, has joined the Open for All project of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
Diversity and inclusivity are among the priorities of SIBUR's Sustainable Development Strategy through 2025, which the company also takes into account when implementing its social investment program, the Formula for Good Deeds. Since the launch of the program in 2016, the company has already supported more than 150 inclusive grant projects, and special diversity and inclusion recommendations have been developed for all its partners in social projects. Since 2022, the Formula for Good Deeds’ inclusivity and inclusive practices have been identified as a special focus area of the program. This focus area features its own flagship project, an interregional initiative called You can do anything! that includes a series of motivational sessions involving celebrities with disabilities and development of the City of Opportunities community on VKontakte social network
The National Inclusion Compact is a form of social contract developed within the framework of the Open for All project run by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). Any company that recognizes the importance of improving accessibility of goods and services for people with disabilities is eligible to join. Under this compact, SIBUR intends to continue focusing on supporting and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusivity at all organizational levels seeking to create an environment that is free of prejudice and open to unimpeded exchange of ideas. Within the framework of its Formula for Good Deeds social investment program, the company has made Inclusivity its separate focus area and plans to hold special training sessions on diversity and inclusion for its grant recipients, volunteers and SIBUR's partners with a view to implementing socially significant projects.
We have been paying special attention to fostering the development of the Inclusivity focus area of our social investment program, the Formula for Good Deeds. I am confident that the weight of this area’s projects in the program's portfolio will only keep growing, and that its best practices will be replicated not only in the regions where SIBUR operates, but beyond. SIBUR has been implementing projects aimed at fostering inclusivity since 2016. And we are glad that today the company supported the Open for All project and joined our inclusive community.
