SIBUR Football School:
From Mass Selection to Professional Prospects
SIBUR Football School is a systematic sports and educational programme for teenagers, launched by SIBUR in 2023 as part of the "Formula for Good Deeds". The project creates a continuous pathway for young athletes: from mass open selections in the regions to intensive training at a special camp and the unique opportunity of internships at professional football clubs.

Strategic Objectives:
Organising large-scale qualifying rounds in the company's operating cities to identify promising boys and girls.
Intensive training for the best players under the guidance of highly qualified coaches.
Integrating children with special needs into the sports space through master classes and methodological work with coaches.
Providing the most gifted footballers with a real chance to approach professional sports through club internships.
Promoting practices of plastic recycling in the production of eco-friendly footballs.
The project is based on a systematic approach, ensuring full-cycle support for a young athlete.
Mass Qualifying Rounds in the Regions:
Annual open training sessions for boys and girls (birth years 2010-2014) are held in 8-10 cities,
aimed at developing and assessing technical-tactical and motor skills. Over three years, thousands
of children have participated.
SIBURCAMP Summer Camp:
The best players from the selections receive a pass to the summer camp. Here they find:
— Training under the guidance of Alexander Shagov and invited experts.
— Use of the innovative "Manager 360" system for neuro-testing and analysis of game performance.
— A rich cultural programme and participation in the "Voice of Sport" project with commentator
Gennady Orlov.
The best footballers gain the opportunity to undertake internships at various football clubs.
Inclusive Programme:
Master classes for children with disabilities and round tables for coaches on creating a favourable
environment for sports for people with special needs are held in all cities.
