The project aims to create an enabling environment for developing athletic tourism and to promote healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle habits.
The Project’s content
The residents of Blagoveshchensk (Republic of Bashkortostan) and Voronezh had an opportunity to participate in tourism and environment-themed lectures and master classes, attend an ecotourism development festival and take part in a strategic session dedicated to the development of national parks’ eco-branding featuring more than 10 representatives of non-profit organizations and national parks.
This was also topped-off by a series of clean-up activities, resulting in the cleanup of four areas adjacent to water bodies within the city of Voronezh and two natural areas near water bodies in the city of Blagoveshchensk.
