How SIBUR Creates an Environment for Development and Inspiration
The "You Can Do Everything!" project is a comprehensive inclusive initiative implemented from 2022 to 2024 to support people with (dis)abilities. The project focused on two key aspects: personal motivation through live interaction with successful individuals and the development of practical self-representation skills in media, creating new modern tools for social inclusion in the regions.

Our Mission is to connect inspiring personal stories with practical self-presentation skills to support people in their pursuit of an active and independent life.
Strategic Objectives:
Providing inspiring examples of a vibrant and conscious life through meetings with well-known people with disabilities, who demonstrate limitless possibilities.
Developing and promoting the topic of inclusion through modern digital formats—blogs, podcasts, training courses
Giving people with (dis)abilities specific tools for public representation and the exchange of best practices.
Project Tracks
In-person meetings with the participation of well-known people with disabilities
are held in SIBUR's operating cities.
These meetings have a profound impact on participants' life motivation, inspiring and
sustaining a high level of energy for achievement and conscious living.
This is the project's digital platform, uniting over 7,700 subscribers. The blog
publishes educational materials on disability representation in social media, best practices of
inclusive projects, stories from community members, and information about inclusive events.
A training course on disability representation in social media is conducted, with active graduates
participating in special inclusive blog tours.
ince 2023, the course has continued in the format of the regular video podcast "Intermediaries" (28
episodes released), accompanied by homework to reinforce skills.
