How SIBUR Opens the World of Music for Socialisation and Development
The "Sunny Music" project is an inclusive initiative of the "Formula for Good Deeds" programme, aimed at the social adaptation and rehabilitation of children with mental disabilities through introducing them to musical culture.

Our Mission
Our Mission is to help children with mental disabilities socialise and reveal their talents through music, giving them the opportunity not only to learn but to become artists, heard and accepted.

Using music as a universal language to involve children with mental disabilities in collective creative activities.
Creating conditions for improving cognitive abilities through developing participants' hearing and motor skills in systematic classes on mastering musical instruments.
Demonstrating to the wider public the limitless potential and talents of children through public concerts and photo exhibitions.
Establishing Local Inclusive Orchestras
Two inclusive music groups were established in Dzerzhinsk and Nizhnekamsk, attended by more than 30 children. In individual classes with teachers, the children mastered musical instruments and learned their parts. A distinctive feature of the project was the organisation of parallel work by three groups: those created in Dzerzhinsk and Nizhnekamsk, and the main orchestra from Moscow. Together they prepared a shared programme, allowing local participants to feel part of a larger professional community.
In the participating cities, inclusive music groups are being created, attended by dozens of children. In individual classes with teachers, the children master musical instruments and learn their parts. A distinctive feature of the project is the organisation of parallel work by local groups with the main orchestra from Moscow. Together they prepare a shared programme, allowing participants from the regions to feel part of a larger professional community.
Final Events – A Celebration of Achievements The result of months of work were large-scale final concerts. As part of the events, a photo exhibition about the project's participants was also held, which enhanced the emotional impact and promoted inclusive creativity.
