The team of the Formula for Good Deeds social investment program has held its fourth webinar titled Project sustainability: how to achieve it? This online session was held within the framework of a  training program for volunteers.

At the webinar, the program’s experts presented SIBUR's sustainable development strategy to the attendees while also sharing their practical experience in developing a sustainability strategy for one of their volunteering projects.

Ekaterina Vereshchagina, an expert with the Formula for Good Deeds program, discussed
SIBUR’s sustainable development goals that could prove to be helpful in achieving projects’ sustainability. Additionally, she shared recommendations on how to recruit human, financial and intellectual resources, and provided useful links and materials.

Alisa Safronova, a coordinator of SIBUR’s volunteering program, spoke about the hallmarks of a project’s sustainability highlighting the various steps that need to be taken to assess sustainability and the key risks that may arise in the course of a project’s development or implementation. The webinar’s participants will learn how to prep volunteers up for campaigns involving children and adults with special needs.
