The webinars are intended for both experienced supervisors of volunteering projects and for up-and-coming volunteers.<br> <br> The first meeting will be held online via Zoom <b>on Thursday, October 28</b>, <b>from 15:00 to 16:30 Amur Oblast time</b>. <br> <br> Experts representing well-established charitable foundations will talk about the nuances and possible ways of providing volunteer assistance to families in dire circumstances and to the elderly, and how to choose an institution or foundation for volunteering and to start providing help.
