YNAO hosted an educational session of the Growth Formula accelerator program

On May 15-16, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District’s city of Noyabrsk saw Our Future Foundation partner with SIBUR to hold an educational session for social entrepreneurs participating in the Growth Formula accelerator program.
Over the course of two days, entrepreneurs from YNAO, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area-Yugra, Tyumen and Nizhegorodskaya Oblasts studied the subjects of business modeling, specifics of financial accounting of a business entity, and building a sales funnel. Entrepreneur and marketing expert Evgeny Tsarkov and entrepreneur and product methodology expert Vladimir Evdokimov acted as the session’s speakers. Both speakers have many years of prior experience in developing and supporting business projects for large companies.
The program included a large hands-on block focusing on developing financial models and testing each participant’s sales funnel, with the feedback offered by the experts based on the results of the first half of the growth acceleration program. In addition, the attending entrepreneurs had an opportunity to exchange their respective experiences in building social businesses in small towns.
We’ve only been through the first half of the acceleration program, but each of us has already learned so many new insights, so much new knowledge! The speakers and the organizers managed to create an atmosphere of a lively and productive exchange. We will look forward to attending subsequent meetings of this kind, Elena Smirnova, the head of the "Another Planet" family center, shared.
The second in-person intensive session flashed by as if in an instant! It was great to see our close-knit community of entrepreneurs, which has been alive for almost two months. Both training days were busy and filled with valuable knowledge and practice. Upon my return home, I immediately saw that my notes contained a lot of inspiring ideas, Maxim Nedelsky, head of the IQ007 School of Speed Reading, Memory and Intelligence Development, noted.
The Growth Formula accelerator program, designed for active social entrepreneurs, will run from March 27 through July 7 in eight cities: Tobolsk, Dzerzhinsk, Nizhnevartovsk, Nyagan, Pyt-Yakh, Noyabrsk, Gubkinsky, and Muravlenko. It includes face-to-face and online educational sessions, one-on-one work with mentors, and group case studies analyzing participants’ individual cases. As a result of their active efforts, entrepreneurs will now be able to take their projects to a new level, improve their business performance, and ultimately increase their social effectiveness.
