The athletes were able to see the work of a professional team from the inside, talk to the players and learn more about the demands placed on top-level footballers. This kind of experience broadens their understanding of professional sport and provides additional motivation for systematic work, discipline and personal growth. </p> <p> The training process was complemented by the "Smart Holidays" educational track. Together with leading teachers from across the country, the participants studied chemistry, mathematics and developed communication skills. The programme was aimed at developing critical thinking, teamwork skills and universal competencies that are important both in school and in sport. This interdisciplinary approach emphasises the importance of the comprehensive development of children and teenagers. </p> <p> Cultural events were also prepared for the participants – a sightseeing tour of Moscow and a visit to the theatrical show "Pushkin's Dreams".
