<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">A team of Kazanorgsintez volunteers opened two new spacious kennels for the dogs kept at the <i>Cat and Dog</i> shelter for stray animals. The kennels' construction was supported by SIBUR's <i>Formula for Good Deeds</i> social investment program and by a personal project of the company's volunteer Anastasia Romanenko called<i> </i>Helping the Wagging Tails.</span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">A grant provided by the company helped fund procurement of all needed construction materials including corrugated sheet metal, self-tapping screws, protective coating for timber, etc. </span><a href="https://www.sibur.ru/kazanorgsintez/ru/"><span style="color: #3c9091; background: white;">Kazanorgsintez</span></a><span style="color: #575757; background: white;"> employees made trips to the shelter all summer long to landscape its grounds and prepare the site for building the kennels. During each visit the volunteers would bring along treats, food and other essentials.</span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">The volunteers installed a roof over the <i>Cat House</i>'s veranda to enable both grown up cats and kittens to take walks while enjoying fresh air. The volunteers also welded the frame of the enclosures.</span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">Construction of the dog pens was carried out within the framework of a program seeking to improve the shelter's grounds and make the living conditions of the shelter's wards better. The shelter's management plans to relocate the animals from the dog houses where they currently reside to the newly built spacious kennels with a capacity for holding between 4 and 5 pets each.</span>
