The final stage of the volunteer project "Sport on Equal Terms", implemented with the support of SIBUR's "Formula for Good Deeds" social investment programme, took place in Omsk. The inclusive football tournament brought together 56 participants from eight teams on the pitch, becoming a vivid example of successful social adaptation and equal interaction through sport.

The project is aimed at creating conditions for the integration into society of young people aged 18 to 45 with disabilities. The relevance of the initiative is confirmed by Rosstat data for 2025: more than 11 million people with disabilities live in Russia, with 78% of them experiencing an acute lack of communication. Society still faces stereotypes about "inferiority", and the number of inclusive sporting events remains insufficient. Football, as a universal and accessible sport, does not require expensive equipment, but effectively develops team spirit, communication and forms a positive perception of people with disabilities.

The competitions took place at the city's largest sports arena, the "Krasnaya Zvezda" stadium. Before the start of the games, professional warm-up exercises for the participants were conducted by footballers from the famous Omsk club FC Irtysh, who wished everyone a fair and exciting competition. The refereeing was provided by students of the Siberian State University of Physical Culture and Sports, and the tournament was accompanied by a professional host from the regional cultural centre "Sibiryak".

On the pitch, the following teams met: beneficiaries of the "Adaptive School No. 12", pupils of the Pushkin Nursing Home (building No. 2), participants of the "House That Is Very Much Needed" project, representatives of the Omsk Nursing Home, as well as 4 employees of the Polyom company and 3 players from the FC Omsk Reds team. Even teams that were eliminated from the race for prizes did not miss out on game practice: they held training sessions and a friendly match on free sections of the pitch.

The tournament lasted three hours and took place in an atmosphere of excitement, mutual support and genuine unity. According to the organisers and participants, the event was dynamic and emotionally intense. The players fought until the final whistle, acting as one.
