At the Nyagan Rehabilitation Centre, employees of Nyagangazpererabotka (a branch of SiburTyumenGaz) are implementing the volunteer project "Blooming Hearts", aimed at improving the centre's grounds. The initiative is being carried out with the support of SIBUR's "Formula for Good Deeds" social investment programme.

The project is designed to make the centre's space more comfortable, cosy and attractive for children undergoing social adaptation and rehabilitation programmes. Thanks to the volunteers, the first perennial plants have already appeared on the grounds, which will over time grow into bright flower beds and become part of a new landscaped space for rest and socialising.

The project began with a children's drawing competition, "The Future Garden Through My Eyes". The centre's residents shared their ideas and dreams of what they would like their surroundings to look like. Drawings of flowering flower beds, green alleys and cosy corners inspired the volunteers to create the future garden. The first stage of the work was planting perennials. The enterprise employees, together with the centre's staff, prepared the flower beds and laid the foundation for the future flower arrangements. During the next meeting, a masterclass on planting and plant care, a pavement drawing competition and creative activities were organised for the children.

Over this time, thousands of initiatives in the fields of education, culture, sport, ecology, inclusion and volunteering have been implemented in the regions where the company operates. The project is scheduled to be completed at the end of summer. By that time, the young plants will have grown stronger, and the centre's grounds will be transformed into a flowering garden, created through the joint efforts of volunteers, centre staff and its residents.
