The visits were a part of the company-wide <i>Big Help to Little Friends</i> campaign, implemented with the support of SIBUR's <i>Formula for Good Deeds</i> social investment program.</span>

Involvement of employees from different enterprises and functions is a sign that corporate volunteering is becoming an indispensable part of our culture. It is critically important for us not only to provide financial assistance to shelters but to also establish long-term relationships by investing resources and encouraging personal involvement of our employees within the framework of the social investment program.”</i></span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">A total of 36 volunteers took part in the visits, assisting in four areas of the shelter and taking more than 100 dogs for a walk. The visits’ program also included an awards ceremony to honor the most active volunteers. The visit helped facilitate an exchange of professional experience, laying the groundwork for continued cooperation and joint initiatives in the field of animal welfare.</span>

<span style="color: #575757; background: white;">Employees of the Animal Nutrition and Wellbeing Center donated 80 bags of dog food weighing a total of 1,200 kilograms to the shelter to be distributed between all areas of the shelter. Additionally, a sizeable amount of other needed items had been dropped off at dedicated <i>Help Dogs and Cats</i> boxes set up at the Corporate Center at hallways of Buildings 16/1 and 16/3 next to the coat check area. Staff from the <i>Business Processes. Shared Services. Corporate Governance</i> unit played an active part in collecting the donations.</span>
