The event, implemented by the Municipal Autonomous Cultural Institution "Palace of Culture of Chemists" with grant support from SIBUR's "Formula for Good Deeds" social investment programme, was held in the format of a creative tourist gathering and brought together professional and amateur musicians, poets, families and connoisseurs of the bard tradition from across Russia. </p> <p> The three days of the festival were packed with events: approximately 44 activities were held as part of the programme, divided into three key blocks – creative, educational and excursion. Auditions took place in 8 categories on the competition stages. In parallel, audiences attended themed performances by author's song clubs from other cities, concerts of piano and violin music, and concerts by festival guests and jury members. </p> <p> "From the Volga to the Yenisei" – this was the title of a poetry masterclass with a star speaker: Alexander Shaganov, Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation and poet-songwriter. A music masterclass, "The Sound of the Guitar. The Necessary and the Sufficient", was conducted by Vladimir Polyakov, a talented Moscow multi-instrumentalist, co-author and participant in the first three albums of the group Mango-Mango. For the first time at the festival, a "Dog Show" featuring service dogs took place. </p> <p> This year, the festival gained a special mascot – a guitar signed by People's Artist of Russia Alexander Rosenbaum. His wish, "Ring out", became a message to all participants. </p> <p> The organisers paid special attention to creating an inclusive environment: authors and performers with disabilities took part in the gathering.
