October 11 saw SIBUR’s volunteers tidy up the grounds of the Obruchevsky Social Home’s Troparyovo Geriatric Center. The center is home to around 400 residents, including senior citizens and adults suffering from disabilities of the highest degree of severity (categories 1 and 2). The event was made possible thanks to the support of SIBUR’s Formula for Good Deeds social investment program.

Ten volunteers from NIPIGAZ, NPP Neftekhimiya, SIBUR Digital, and SIBUR LLC took part in the initiative seeking to improve the center’s grounds. In a few hours of hard work, the team of volunteers cleaned the center’s grounds by clearing away more than 20 bags of fallen leaves, cleaning the lawns, and generally winterizing the grounds. Thanks to their joint efforts, the center’s grounds have gotten much cleaner and more comfortable for its elderly residents, for whom a sense of being cared for by others is particularly valuable.
