Last weekend, SIBUR’s employees paid a visit to the wards of the Elizavetinsky Children’s Hospice as part of the company-wide From Heart to Heart campaign, which is carried out with the support of SIBUR’s Formula for Good Deeds social investment program.

The children eagerly immersed themselves in creativity-filled activities and in gaming: among other things, they made jewelry from colorful beads and cream glue, built fish tanks for hydrogel “inhabitants,” and crafted appliqué post cards. A bubble-generating machine delighted everyone who took part in the visit.

A pet belonging to the volunteers, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Korney, became a very special guest of the gathering. Kind and friendly, the furry friend sparked genuine excitement among the children and stayed in the focus of everyone’s attention throughout the entire event, happy to fetch a tossed ball and eager to be hand-fed ring-shaped biscuits.

A total of 25 children took part in the event including 12 hospice patients, 5 of their siblings, as well as 8 children undergoing rehabilitation.

One of the volunteers gifted a piano to the hospice. From now on, anyone who wishes so can play it, while volunteers will be able to plan musical activities during their upcoming visits.

Please be reminded that you can share your warmth with the children of the Elizavetinsky Hospice at any time, regardless of the visits’ formal schedule. Toys or other necessities can be looked up via the provided link to be later deposited inside Boxes of Courage, set up at SIBUR’s Corporate Center (buildings 1 and 3) and in the Lotte Business Center (3rd floor, inside the elevator lobby). Cash donations for centralized procurement of essentials can also be made by transfer to Larisa Bondar, the campaign’s supervisor, using the following account information: 2200 7001 2463 6043 (Tinkoff, Larisa Mikhailovna B.). At the time of making your transfer, please include a note saying “Daryu dobro”
and provide your surname.
