SIBUR Hosts 5th Anniversary Leadership Code Business Forum for Amur Oblast’s Entrepreneurs

Amur Oblast’s entrepreneurs gathered to attend the fifth annual Leadership Code business forum organized by SIBUR. Its participants from Svobodny and Blagoveshchensk explored cutting-edge business development strategies, enhanced their expertise in sales, customer service, marketing, and business psychology, while expanding their professional networks.

This year saw attendance continue to soar, as was noted by Salavat Ueldanov, Head of Government Relations and Socio-Economic Projects at Amur GCC, in his remarks at the opening ceremony in Svobodny: "Growing numbers of those wishing to participate speak to both the forum's quality and the relevance of its programming, and, most importantly, it reflects our business community's thirst for networking and knowledge sharing."

Now in its fifth year, the Leadership Code is being implemented under SIBUR's Formula for Good Deeds social investment program, driving urban improvement through service sector development and modern business practices.

Aside from sponsoring lectures by experts from Moscow, the forum featured real-world stories from a number of well-known Far East entrepreneurs covering such topics as launching and scaling businesses, building well-performing teams, effective marketing strategies, and the power of personal branding. The forum’s participants also benefited from exclusive one-on-one consulting sessions discussing specifics of their own businesses.

"This was my second Leadership Code, and once again I gained really useful practical insights. The lecture about creative thinking, which is crucial for any entrepreneur, was particularly valuable.
