Last weekend saw SIBUR's corporate volunteers take their last trip of 2024 to the Nekrasovka stray animal shelter as part of SIBUR's company-wide campaign titled “Big Help to Little Friends”.
During their visit to the shelter, 30 volunteers representing SIBUR, SIBUR Digital and New Resources made a valuable contribution to improving the quality of life of the shelter's furry tenants.
The volunteers were happy to take their four-legged friends for a walk, having been able to give their undivided attention to about 90 dogs. Apart from offering the animals an opportunity to spend some time outside their shelter, this also helped with their socialization process.
The company's employees also eagerly participated in making some repairs at the site. They helped winterize the kennels, replaced door hinges, fitted in door handles, patched up holes in the animals' enclosures, and installed hooks for harnesses and leashes in one of the sheds.

In addition to helping physically, the volunteers also provided financial support to the shelter's animals, by having raised funds that will be used to pay for treatment of two of the shelter’s dogs.
Upon completing their visit, all volunteers were gifted with the Formula for Good Deeds stickers. In addition, two branded vests were presented to Yekaterina Kryukova and Darya Kokorina, regular participants of these efforts.
