ZapSibNeftekhim’s Public Council
ZapSibNeftekhim’s Public Council is an advisory and expert body of the Contest helping to build dialogue between all parties with an interest in effecting lasting changes in their hometown.
The Public Council is involved in carrying out a substantive evaluation of all submitted projects while promoting the public’s engagement in the process of improving Tobolsk. It is also vested with the authority to make an early pick of the contest’s first winning project, thus leaving it out of the general voting process.
