The organization’s goal and mission is to provide children, adolescents and adults with disabilities and health limitation with opportunities for self-realization and for leading a fullfilling and active life. It focuses its activities on the following areas: charity, social services, social support and protection of adults, children and adolescents with disabilities and health limitations, as well as support for creative and artistic teams that include children with disabilities and health limitations.

A festive event attended by mothers raising children with disabilities and health limitations was hosted by the "Dva Rublya" café. The party’s program included a master class on vintage-style vase painting, a soap-bubble show organized specifically for an adult audience, a performance of a magician, presentation of flowers and gifts, a photo session, and a cocktail-style reception. Thanks to the festive atmosphere, the ladies were able to relax and mingle.
