In 2020, the Formula for Good Deeds program organized a series of face-to-face and online meetings to help the participants of the program’s grants track develop certain needed competencies. These sessions took place in six cities: Voronezh, Dzerzhinsk, Kstovo, Nizhnevartovsk, Nyagan, and Perm. The training covered the following topics:
  • the basics and practical skills of social design;
  • on preparing applications for various contests and programs.
The audience of the project included participants of the Formula for Good Deeds’ grant contest, activists of non-profit organizations, students and representatives of youth organizations. The project is expected to help the program’s participants develop skills needed to prepare grant applications and paperwork, actively share their experiences, and raise additional funding for implementing their ideas and projects.
