Social Entrepreneurship Forum "State. Society. Business": how SIBUR is preparing change leaders

The "State. Society. Business" Forum is a project of SIBUR's "Formula for Good Deeds" social investment programme, aimed at changing the mindset of entrepreneurs and introducing effective tools into their businesses. The forum brings together business representatives seeking sustainable models for their work and becomes a focal point for forming a new regional ecosystem where business ideas receive systematic support.

Our mission

Our mission is to shape a new mindset among Amur region entrepreneurs, provide them with practical tools and inspire participants to take their first or next step in business management, relying on adaptability, artificial intelligence and support measures.

Developing entrepreneurial thinking:
helping participants see opportunities where others see limitations and learn to work in conditions of turbulence.

Practical training:
providing entrepreneurs with tools, case studies and methodologies that can be immediately put into practice.

Dialogue between government and business:
creating an environment for uniting efforts and finding joint solutions through open dialogue.

Engaging a young audience:
through an online intensive, introducing entrepreneurship to those who are just thinking about business in the future.

The in-person part of the Forum will take place on 25-26 September at the Sergey Lazo House of Culture. Participants can expect workshops, expert consultations and inclusion in a professional community – nothing superfluous and plenty of practice.

A unique format has been developed for participants of the in-person part – an open dialogue between government and business, a full-fledged environment for uniting efforts and finding joint solutions.

A younger age category, those just thinking about business, will be offered an online intensive at the end of August.
