The Growth Formula program is being implemented as part of SIBUR's partnership with Our Future, the Foundation of Regional Social Programs. The program's 2021 geography included eight cities: Tobolsk, Dzerzhinsk, Gubkinsky, Muravlenko, Nizhnevartovsk, Noyabrsk, Nyagan, and Pyt-Yakh.

The Growth Formula seeks to assist social entrepreneurs with growing their businesses, and with scaling up the positive impact of their activities. The program has so far included three face-to-face intensive training sessions taught by national-level practitioners, as well as a series of online events dedicated to the most pressing business issues including customer relations management, marketing and promotion, process optimization, financial management, interactions with the staff.

In addition, as part of the Growth Formula’s mentorship program that had been running through the end of 2021, each participant had an opportunity to benefit from personalized advice offered by the experts. As a result of taking part in the project, its participants developed a detailed strategy for their business development and were able to upgrade their business competencies.
