#Helping Hand, a volunteering challenge, brings together staff members from Krasnodar, Perm, and Tobolsk

The company successfully completed its Helping Hand Challenge, held as part of the Formula for Good Deeds social investment program. The challenge was dedicated to the International Day of Older Persons.

During the month of October, the company’s employees were encouraged to engage in acts of kindness and to help the older generation by telling their stories on social networks. The Challenge was joined by the employees of Petrochemical Transportation Company and NIPIGAZ, as well as members of their families.

In Krasnodar, NIPIGAZ employees provide regular assistance to the Yekaterinodar Gerontology Center, and they recently found out that their charges had run out of crossword puzzles. To help, the volunteers organized collection of crossword puzzles, fillword puzzles, magazines, and newspapers for the elderly.

Employees of the Perm branch of the Petrochemical Transportation Company chose to help the elderly collect their groceries via the Help app. Some of them signed up as volunteers and are now ready to help as much as they can as part of this project.

Tobolsk employees of the Petrochemical Transportation Company collected 80 books and 27 raps of yarn for Regional Hospital No. 3. The elderly female patients recovering from a stroke will be able to restore movement in their paralyzed hands by knitting socks and mittens for the young patients of the hospital's pediatric department.

The carousel showcases the results of the participants, as posted on social media under the hashtags of #HelpingHand and #Volunteers of SIBUR. Each participant will be presented with an electronic certificate of a SIBUR volunteer.
