#SIBUR'sVolunteers are set to implement 25 projects in the first half of 2022

All submitted entries were checked for their compliance with the contest’s terms, following which 57 of the projects were allowed to be examined by a panel of experts. The panel consisted of SIBUR’s experts in Moscow and the regions, members of the "Formula for Good Deeds" program team, and heads of regional non-profit organizations.
We are extremely pleased that most of the projects that we received from our colleagues are dedicated to the key themes of the program – eco-volunteering, campaigns to help people with disabilities, and initiatives designed to promote inclusivity. On a separate note, I would like to single out and praise those of our colleagues who continue to implement their activities they had embarked on earlier with the support of the Formula for Good Deeds. Seeing your projects proceed with follow-on plans, we understand that we are moving in the right direction, Varvara Melekestseva, SIBUR's chief expert, supervisor of the corporate volunteering program, noted.
According to the revised contest rules, the authors of all projects are required to make a contingency plan to transform their planned activities in the event stronger anti-COVID measures and restrictions are put in place.

During the month of January all authors of winner projects will receive references and money grants from the Formula of Good Deeds program’s team to implement their projects in the first half of 2022. The maximum grant amount per project is limited to RUB
The timelines and detailed information about the required volunteer assistance for a specific project can be requested by mail from the contest’s coordinators at volonter@formula-hd.ru.
The next call for volunteering projects by SIBUR’s employees to be implemented in the second half of the year will be issued in the spring of 2022 on the Formula for Good Deeds program’s website at https://www.formula-hd.ru/employees-contest/.

SIBUR's corporate volunteering program was launched on September 25, 2017, as part of its Formula for Good Deeds’ social investment program in all cities where SIBUR has operations. The volunteering program rallies employees, partners and residents of SIBUR's cities of presence round universal human values and gets them involved in joint socially important volunteering projects. SIBUR's contest of volunteering projects provides company employees with an opportunity to propose their own volunteering initiatives and get a grant for their implementation. Funds are allocated for running volunteer campaigns in the program’s key focus areas including urban improvement, social protection, environmental protection and proprietary projects seeking to effect positive changes in the regions where the company operates.
