</span>All submitted entries were checked for their compliance with the contest’s terms, following which 57 of the projects were allowed to be examined by a panel of experts. The panel consisted of SIBUR’s experts in Moscow and the regions, members of the "Formula for Good Deeds" program team, and heads of regional non-profit organizations.<span><br>
