The event took place with grant support from SIBUR's "Formula for Good Deeds" soc</span><span style="color: #0f1115;">ial investment programme.</span>

<span style="color: #0f1115;">In March 2026, the city hosted the </span><span style="color: #0f1115;"><b>"Abaka"</b></span><span style="color: #0f1115;"> mathematical game competition, aimed at developing the intellectual potential of schoolchildren. The competition involved students in grades 4–7 from schools in Nizhnekamsk and surrounding municipal districts. In total, </span><span style="color: #0f1115;"><b>664 schoolchildren</b></span><span style="color: #0f1115;"> participated in the project, forming </span><span style="color: #0f1115;"><b>166 teams</b></span><span style="color: #0f1115;"> of 4 people each.</span>

<span style="color: #0f1115;">The competition took place in the format of an intellectual quiz held in two sessions. Participants solved practical problems requiring the application of mathematical knowledge in real-life situations. A distinctive feature of the event was the use of an </span><span style="color: #0f1115;">online scoreboard: all answers and results were displayed on an interactive screen in real time. This created a dynamic competitive atmosphere where each participant could track their team's progress.</span>
