A vibrant event took place in Dzerzhinsk, bringing together talent, inclusion and kind hearts: the first large-scale inclusive festival "Music of My Heart" was held with the support of SIBUR's "Formula for Good Deeds" social investment programme. Originally conceived as a small-scale event, the project grew into a true celebration of creativity, gathering more than 119 participants from across Russia.

The festival was the result of a synergy between corporate volunteering and community initiative. The project was implemented through the joint efforts of Svetlana Dobrotvorskaya, an employee of SIBUR Neftekhim, and Tatyana Veselova, a public figure from Dzerzhinsk.

Participants presented their work in four competitive categories: vocals, choreography, spoken word, and fine and decorative arts. The judging panel included representatives of relevant state institutions and public organisations from Dzerzhinsk – experts who assessed not only skill but also the sincerity and drive for self-expression of each participant.

The organisers created a rich programme for guests and participants: creative zones and masterclasses (gingerbread painting, decorating wooden slices with acrylics, acting skills), a psychological training session "The Strength Within Me" aimed at developing inner motivation and overcoming stage fright, and a coffee break area where people could chat informally, exchange impressions and receive support.

Volunteers played a special role in the success of the event. We thank for their invaluable contribution: Olga Klyushina, Konstantin Nemtsev, Dmitry Petrov; pupils of School No. 37 and other educational institutions of Dzerzhinsk; representatives of the Council of Women of Dzerzhinsk; and caring residents of the city. It was their energy, attention and willingness to help that created the warm, welcoming atmosphere that became the festival's hallmark.

Svetlana Dobrotvorskaya, project curator:
"We wanted to create a space where everyone could feel part of a large creative community. Seeing participants open up on stage and support each other is incredibly valuable. The festival showed that art knows no boundaries, and that the support of loved ones and society helps to bring out the brightest talents."

The "Music of My Heart" festival proved that inclusive cultural initiatives are in demand and can bring together people of different ages and abilities. With the support of the "Formula for Good Deeds" programme, the project has become an important step in the development of a culture of equal opportunities in Dzerzhinsk.
