SIBUR’s employees learned the basics of social design

SIBUR held a webinar titled How to apply for a grant under SIBUR’s contest of volunteering projects? as part of the Formula for Good Deeds social investment program.
The webinar was attended by employees of 17 of the company's enterprises including Amursky GPP, BIAXPLEN, ZapSibNeftekhim, Zapsibtransgaz, Kazanorgsintez, Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubber Plant, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, NIOST, NIPIGAZ, Petrochemical Transport Company, POLIEF, SIBUR, SiburTyumenGaz, SIBUR-Kstovo, Sibur-Neftekhim, Sibur Khimprom, and SIBUR Connect.
During the online event, coordinators of SIBUR's volunteering program updated participants on the key terms of the contests for employees and the new features that were introduced in 2022:
- the maximum amount of a grant award per project was increased to 80,000 rubles to celebrate the program's 5th anniversary;
- the contest for corporate volunteers will now be held once a year;
- a single working group may submit up to four applications to the contest.
Additionally, the experts offered the audience their advice on how to implement volunteering initiatives. A book from the Formula for Good Deeds program containing recommendations for preparing and implementing volunteering initiatives has been made available to help contest participants.
