SIBUR’s employees learned how to give a new life to old things

The company held its eighth webinar as part of a series of webinars on corporate volunteering. This online gathering was dedicated to the topic of recycling.

The webinar was joined by employees of 11 of the company's enterprises including Amursky GPP, Voronezhsintezkauchuk, ZapSibNeftekhim, Kazanorgsintez, Petrochemical Transportation Company, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, NIPIGAZ, POLIEF, SIBUR, SIBUR-PETF, and SIBUR Digital.

The speakers’ lineup included Yulia Silchenko, a leading specialist at ZapSibNeftekhim, and Yuri Arestenko, a group leader at NIPIGAZ. These experts have been engaged in the company's volunteering activities for several years now and have accumulated vast expert-level experience in the field of ecology.

At the webinar, its participants became familiar with the Zero Waste concept and learned about current environmental trends. The experts discussed general rules for running a successful volunteering campaign. In addition, the attendees were presented with examples of initiatives that had been successfully implemented with the support of the Formula for Good Deeds social investment program.
