Over two months, a group of 10 children attended 28 sessions – 12 theoretical and 16 practical – as well as two field trips and three themed masterclasses, culminating in a harvest celebration with elements of floral creativity. </p> <p> <b>Nailya Mustafina, Director of the Moskovsky Cultural Centre:</b><br> <i>"For us, 'DobroAgroSchool' is not just an educational programme, but an opportunity to create a safe, supportive environment for children with disabilities, where through work and interaction with nature they gain self-confidence, new skills and prospects for further professional growth. We are grateful to the 'Formula for Good Deeds' programme for its trust and support: together we are taking a step towards ensuring that every child, regardless of their developmental characteristics, can find their place in life and feel their own significance."</i> </p> <p> The uniqueness of the project lies in its comprehensive approach: the combination of expert support (with the participation of the "Green Compass" Eco-School and the "Return to Soil" Association), partnership with the "Ostrovok Druzhby" family centre, and the involvement of neurotypical peers creates conditions for natural socialisation. Practical sessions in the renovated garden area, excursions to specialist plant growers and interactive learning formats allow participants not only to gain knowledge but also to apply it immediately in real conditions, forming primary professional competencies in the field of landscaping. </p> <p> <b>Yulia Orlova, mother of a participant, volunteer, employee of Kazanorgsintez PJSC:</b><br> <i>"My daughter Ulyana was very much looking forward to the start of the session at 'DobroAgroSchool'. It is noticeable that the programme takes into account the children's characteristics: everything is visual, clear and to the point.
