In Tobolsk, the project "Phygital Sport for Unlimited Possibilities" has been launched with the support of SIBUR as part of the "Formula for Good Deeds" social investment programme. The initiative is aimed at developing inclusive sport and creating an accessible environment for people with disabilities to engage in modern phygital disciplines.
</p>
<p>
<b>Konstantin Konstantinov, President of the Phygital Sport Federation of the city of Tobolsk:</b><br>
<i>"Phygital sport opens new horizons for people, regardless of their physical abilities. With the support of SIBUR, we have the opportunity to create an accessible environment and open up new formats for self-realisation for children and adults."</i>
</p>
<p>
Around 20 members of the inclusive community will take part in the project. The project includes over 50 training sessions using modern specialised equipment adapted to the different abilities of the participants. The final event will be an adaptive phygital tournament, to be held in autumn 2026.
</p>
<p>
The training programme includes five phygital sport disciplines: Just Dance, light sabres, tennis, tactical biathlon and digital basketball. This format combines physical and digital activity, helping to develop coordination, engagement and social adaptation.
</p>
<p>
<b>Natalia Varavko, Chair of the Tobolsk branch of the All-Russian Society of Disabled Persons:</b><br>
<i>"For people with disabilities, such projects are especially important. They help not only to strengthen social ties and expand social circles, but also to increase self-confidence and actively participate in the life of the city."</i>
</p>
<p>
Phygital sport in Tobolsk is becoming a sustainable platform for engaging residents in sport, combining modern technology, accessible infrastructure and opportunities for self-realisation.
</p>
<p>
In 2025, with the support of SIBUR, new-format sections combining digital and physical disciplines were opened at Schools No. 16 and No. 7. More than 50 units of specialised equipment were purchased, and the first regional phygital sport tournament was held in Tobolsk.
</p>
<p>
<b>Vyacheslav Grab, Chief Expert for Government Relations and Implementation of Socio-Economic Projects at ZapSibNeftekhim:</b><br>
<i>"For SIBUR, the development of inclusive initiatives is one of the key areas of social policy. The phygital sport format makes it possible to build a culture of equal opportunities, provide accessible conditions for involving adults and children, and also contributes to the systematic development of the inclusive phygital sport direction in the region."</i>
