The festive program unfolded in two phases at two different venues: on the premises of Svobodny's Central Library System and at the Lada Social Services Center. It brought together eighth-graders from School No. 8 who were joined by children taken care of by the social services center, with coordination provided by volunteers representing the following member organizations of the NCVC:

• Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk’s Svobodny branch
• Svobodny’s branch of Trans-Baikal Heat and Water Supply Directorate
• Gazprombank
• Lada Social Services Center
