The Formula for Good Deeds’ experts gave a webinar on volunteering to employees of Sibur International

The participants of the webinar were also joined by Sibur International CEO Andrey Frolov, and Elena Snezhko, Head of the Formula for Good Deeds, SIBUR's social investment program. The webinar was moderated by Varvara Melekestseva, Chief Expert, Business Support in the Regions of SIBUR’s presence, and Manager of SIBUR's Volunteering Program.
The attendees learned about the volunteering program’s goals and focus areas, various company-wide campaigns, a grant contest for employees' volunteering projects, and were introduced to the cases implemented by the Formula for Good Deeds’ Ambassadors.
After the presentation, Andrey Frolov initiated a live discussion focusing on what volunteering means to each of us. By the end of the discussion, all participants had reached the conclusion that everyone can contribute to making the world around them better, and helping those in need.
Before too long, our colleagues at SIBUR's foreign offices will participate in a poll on this topic, and the results will be used in drawing up plans for implementing volunteering projects at all Sibur International locations. Employees of Sibur International have already shared with us their experiences in implementing a donor event, a charity auction, and a Pacific Ocean beach cleanup campaign. And going forward, there will be even more opportunities to tell our readers not only about our domestic volunteering practices, but also about the experience of our colleagues abroad.
