On top of that, they organized team competitions and tournaments in track and field athletics, volleyball and 3x3 basketball. In addition, SIBUR's volunteers organized a GTO festival and several motivational sessions promoting physical activity. </p> <p> One of the project's notable aspects was its use of eco-balls and corporate uniforms produced out of recycled plastics as a way of raising the children's awareness of the company's environmental policies. </p> <p> As part of a charitable activity organized under the project, its participants donated boxes containing sports equipment, toys, diapers, and shoe bags to local childcare institutions providing their charges with the necessary resources for further advancement of healthy habits and exercise. </p> <p> </p> <p> <b>Nikolay Ascheulov, chief expert, Voronezhsintezkauchuk: </b> <br> <i>“The </i>Healthy Lifestyle Formula<i> project, that I have been privileged to be involved in in 2024, has caused me to rethink my attitude to</i><i>wards</i><i> the game of chess and realize the need to promote it among children.
